If you use the free consultation form, the Action Kit form, or the contact email, we receive what you provide: name, email, phone if you share it, state, and general details about your tax situation such as a debt range, the type of tax involved, and the notices you have received.
• Usage data. Like most sites, we use analytics tools (including Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) that collect device and usage information via cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising.

How we use it

• To review your case and contact you about it. That is the only purpose form submissions are used for.
• To operate, improve, and market the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your inquiry to third-party firms or lead buyers. Form submissions are shared only as needed to fulfill your request or as required by law.

Never send sensitive identifiers through the site

Never submit your Social Security number, bank account details, or card numbers through any form or email on this site. We do not ask for them and do not need them for a consultation. If sensitive information is ever required for representation, it is collected later through secure channels, not the website.
